Daegu Opera House is seeking talented young opera singers from around the world to join Turandot. Enigmi al museo, presented as part of the 23rd Daegu International Opera Festival.
Turandot. Enigmi al Museo is a children's opera adapted from Puccini's opera Turandot and it's a co-production with Teatro Sociale di Como, Italy.This international casting call aims to discover the next generation of opera artists and provide them with valuable opportunities to perform on stage and connect with opera from around the world.

Three opera aria video recordings
Note: Applicants for the role of Liu, Turandot, Calaf must include one aria from Turandot among their submitted recordings.
✅ Eligibility
Applicants must :
Be international singers under the age of 35
Be winners of an international vocal competition
Be available to stay in Daegu from September 13 to October 13, 2026
Previous performance experience in Turandot will be considered an advantage

In addition, outstanding performers may be considered for participation in THE NEXT CAST: TURANDOT, a special talent casting awards by international opera casting directors.
